Terms of Service

Effective from 26 September 2026.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and ANKY.AI ("ANKY.AI", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered at Unit No. 324, 3rd Floor, Centura Square Building, Plot No. B-44 & B-44A, S.G. Barve Road, Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604, India, GSTIN 27IOTPK8611A1ZO. They govern your use of the website at https://anky.ai, the marketplace, your account and everything you buy or sell through it. If you sell on ANKY.AI, the Creator Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using ANKY.AI you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy, the Licence Terms, the Fair Usage Policy and the Copyright & Takedown Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or use ANKY.AI under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Give accurate information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date. Invoices and security notices go to that address.
• One person, one account. Accounts, purchases and download rights are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Team and enterprise licences cover additional users as described in the Licence Terms, still under one account.
• We may ask you to verify your email address or identity before certain actions, including refunds and payouts.

3. What ANKY.AI is

ANKY.AI is an online marketplace for digital products: source code, creative kits, prompts and workflows, stock media, audio, AI tools, software deals and bundles. Some listings are published by ANKY.AI itself; most are published by independent creators who remain responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of their listings. For every order, ANKY.AI is your contractual counterparty for the purchase and issues the tax invoice. The licence to use the files is granted by the creator through ANKY.AI, or by ANKY.AI for its own listings, on the terms of the licence tier you selected.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and in US dollars for buyers outside India. Listed prices exclude tax; applicable Goods and Services Tax is calculated and shown before you pay. Business buyers in India can enter a GSTIN at checkout to receive a B2B tax invoice.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners, Razorpay Software Private Limited and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, UPI credentials or bank login. By paying you also accept the applicable terms of the payment partner you use.
• An order is complete when the payment partner confirms the payment. Orders that are started but not paid expire automatically and can be placed again.
• A tax invoice is generated for every paid order and is available under Orders. Where a refund is approved, a credit note is issued against that invoice.
• Coupons and promotional prices are subject to the conditions shown with them and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is paid.

5. Delivery

Purchases are delivered digitally: the moment payment is confirmed, the product appears in your library and can be downloaded through signed, short-lived links. Deals for third-party tools are delivered as a code or activation link together with redemption instructions. Nothing is shipped physically. The Shipping & Delivery Policy has the details, including what to do if a download fails.

6. Licences to what you buy

Every product is sold under one of the licence tiers described in the Licence Terms. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files as that tier permits. You do not acquire ownership of the files or of any intellectual property in them. Unless the licence says otherwise you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or make the files available to third parties as they are, use them to train machine-learning models, or remove licence notices, watermarks or attributions. Free items are licensed on the same basis.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Digital products are delivered instantly, so refunds are limited to the windows and conditions in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account, resell access or circumvent download limits, licence checks or payment;
• upload or distribute malware, spam, deceptive content or content you have no right to distribute;
• scrape the site, mirror listings, or use automated tools to access the service other than through interfaces we publish;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent, or overload it;
• post reviews or ratings that are fake, paid for, or written about your own products;
• use ANKY.AI for anything unlawful, including the infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

The Fair Usage Policy sets out the practical limits we enforce on downloads, devices and automated access.

9. Creator content and reviews

Creators warrant that they own or are licensed to sell everything they upload and that their listings are accurate. We review listings before publication but cannot guarantee that every file is free of defects or third-party claims; if you believe a listing infringes your rights, use the Copyright & Takedown Policy. By posting a review, question or other content you grant ANKY.AI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the marketplace and in marketing, and you confirm that it is your honest opinion.

10. AI tools, deals and third-party services

Listings in the AI Tools and Deals sections are software and services provided by third parties under their own terms, privacy policies and support. ANKY.AI sells the deal or subscription code and is responsible for delivering it and for the refund window that applies to it, but not for the ongoing operation, features or availability of the third-party service. Outputs of AI tools, including those built into products sold here, are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

11. Availability, changes and support

We work to keep ANKY.AI available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, updates and events outside our control can cause interruptions. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, listings or prices at any time. Product updates are provided as described on each listing; support for a product is provided by its creator through the marketplace, and by ANKY.AI for its own listings.

12. Intellectual property of the marketplace

The ANKY.AI name, logo, website design, software and editorial content belong to ANKY.AI or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or use them without written permission, except as necessary to use the service.

13. Warranties and disclaimers

Products are provided by their creators "as described". Beyond the description on the listing and any warranty a creator expressly gives, the service and the products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your needs, environment and legal obligations before relying on it.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANKY.AI's total liability to you for all claims arising from the service or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify ANKY.AI, its owner, staff and partners against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product beyond its licence, or content you upload to the marketplace.

16. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]; purchased products remain licensed to you and your invoices remain available on request. We may suspend or close an account, cancel orders or remove content if these terms or our policies are broken, if a payment is reversed or disputed, if the law requires it, or if fraud is suspected. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including licences, payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability, continue to apply.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, write to us first at [email protected]; we will try to resolve it within 15 days of your complaint. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to approach the consumer commission of your district.

18. Grievance officer

Our grievance officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 can be reached at [email protected] (write "Grievance" in the subject line) and at Unit No. 324, 3rd Floor, Centura Square Building, Plot No. B-44 & B-44A, S.G. Barve Road, Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604, India. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours with a ticket number and resolved within 15 days.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the version in force; material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
