Fair Usage Policy

Effective from 26 September 2026.

This policy protects creators and buyers from abuse of the marketplace. It applies together with the Terms of Service and the Licence Terms.

Accounts

• An account is for one person. Team and Enterprise licences add seats for colleagues; they do not allow sharing the login itself.
• Do not sell, rent or transfer an account, or buy products on behalf of people who are not covered by your licence.
• We may ask you to verify your email address or identity when activity on the account looks unusual.

Downloads

• Each account can download up to 20 files per day. This covers all products in the library and resets every 24 hours.
• Downloads are tied to the browser and device they are started from; an account may use up to 5 devices. Contact us if you replace a device and reach the limit.
• Download links are generated for your account, are valid for a few minutes and may not be shared, embedded or automated. Anyone else who uses your link is downloading under your account.
• Free items are subject to the same limits.

Deal codes and tool access

Codes for third-party tools and deals are single-use and personal. Redeeming a code on an account that does not belong to you, or reselling a code, voids the deal and may lead to account closure without refund.

Automated access

Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, listings, previews or files, and do not use bots to create accounts, place orders or post reviews. The partner API is available only under the terms shown on the Partners page with an issued key, and is rate-limited.

Reviews, ratings and questions

Post only genuine reviews of products you own. Reviews written by the creator, their team, or in exchange for a reward are removed, and repeat offences lead to account closure.

What happens when limits are exceeded

• Downloads above the daily limit are refused until the window resets; your purchases remain in the library.
• Suspicious patterns, such as many devices in a short time or shared links, may lead to temporary suspension of downloads while we contact you.
• Deliberate abuse, resale of files, or circumvention of licence or payment checks leads to account closure and, where creators are harmed, to legal action.

Appeals

If a limit affects you unfairly, write to [email protected] with the account email and what happened. We review every appeal within 15 days.
