Creator Agreement

Effective from 26 September 2026.

This agreement applies to everyone who sells on ANKY.AI ("you", "the creator") in addition to the Terms of Service. It is made with ANKY.AI, a sole proprietorship, Unit No. 324, 3rd Floor, Centura Square Building, Plot No. B-44 & B-44A, S.G. Barve Road, Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604, India, GSTIN 27IOTPK8611A1ZO.

1. Becoming a creator

• Apply through Submit a product. We review applications and may decline them or ask for more information; approval is at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts. If you sell for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
• Before your first payout we collect the identity, tax and bank details required by Indian law: legal name, address, PAN, GSTIN where you are registered, and the bank account for transfers. Keep them accurate; payouts to details that do not match your identity are held.

2. Your content

You warrant that for everything you upload:

• you own it or hold all licences needed to sell it under the licence tiers you choose, including for any fonts, code libraries, footage, music, models, people or brands it contains;
• it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy or other right, and is not defamatory, unlawful or malicious;
• it matches its listing: title, description, features, formats, compatibility and licence terms are accurate and complete;
• content produced with AI systems is disclosed as such where the listing form asks, and you hold the rights needed to license it;
• it contains no malware, tracking, backdoors or undisclosed remote calls.

You remain the owner of your content. You grant ANKY.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, promote and deliver it, to create previews, thumbnails and excerpts for the listing, and to sublicense it to buyers under the tiers you selected. The licence continues for buyers who purchased before a listing is withdrawn.

3. Review and publishing

• Listings and new versions are reviewed before publication. We may ask for changes, reject a listing, or remove a published listing that breaches this agreement, our policies or the law.
• You keep your listings accurate, respond to buyer questions and support requests within 3 business days, and publish fixes for defects that stop a product from working as described.
• Updates are delivered to existing buyers for the update period stated on the listing; changing the update period applies only to new sales.

4. Pricing, licences and taxes

• You set prices in Indian rupees; US dollar prices are converted at the marketplace rate unless you set them explicitly. Prices exclude GST, which ANKY.AI adds at checkout and remits.
• ANKY.AI is the seller of record to buyers: it issues the tax invoice, collects payment and handles refunds, credit notes and chargebacks. Your earnings are the licence fees ANKY.AI owes you for those sales, as set out below.
• You are responsible for your own income tax and, if you are registered, for GST on the services you provide to ANKY.AI. Where the Income-tax Act, 1961 requires tax to be deducted at source on payments to e-commerce participants, we deduct it and issue the certificate.

5. Fees and payouts

• The marketplace fee is 20% of the net sale price (the price excluding tax, after discounts, less payment-processing costs shared as shown in the seller dashboard). Category-specific rates, where they apply, are shown on your dashboard before you publish.
• Earnings become available 7 days after the sale, which covers the refund windows. Refunds, chargebacks and credit notes for your products are deducted from available or future earnings.
• Payouts are made weekly by bank transfer to the account you registered, once your available balance reaches ₹1,000 (or US$25 for balances held in US dollars). A payout statement is provided for each transfer.
• Balances below the minimum roll forward. Earnings that cannot be paid because details are missing or incorrect are held until they are corrected.

6. Conduct

• Do not manipulate reviews, ratings or sales counts, or buy your own products.
• Do not include your own payment links or direct buyers away from the marketplace to avoid fees for products listed here.
• Do not upload content that duplicates another listing, or that has been rejected or removed for infringement.

7. Claims and takedowns

If a rights-holder reports your content, we act under the Copyright & Takedown Policy: the content is disabled while the claim is examined, you are informed and may file a counter-notice, and related earnings are held until the claim is resolved. You will indemnify ANKY.AI against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you uploaded or from your breach of this agreement.

8. Ending the agreement

• You can withdraw listings at any time and close your seller account by emailing [email protected]. Existing buyers keep their licences and update rights, and outstanding earnings are paid on the next scheduled payout after any pending claims are settled.
• We may suspend or end your seller account for breach of this agreement, repeated buyer complaints, suspected fraud, or if the law requires it, and we may withhold earnings connected with the breach.

9. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Thane, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction. We may update it with 15 days' notice by email or on the seller dashboard; continuing to sell after that date means you accept the update. Questions: [email protected].
