Licence Terms

Effective from 26 September 2026.

Every product on ANKY.AI is sold under one of the licence tiers below. The tier you selected is named on your invoice and in your library. The licence is granted to the account holder by the creator of the product through ANKY.AI, or by ANKY.AI directly for its own listings, and is governed by the Terms of Service.

What every licence includes

  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the files as the tier permits, for as long as you comply with the licence.
  • The updates published for the product during the update period stated on the listing.
  • No attribution requirement, unless the listing says otherwise.

What no licence includes

  • Ownership of the files or of the intellectual property in them.
  • The right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, share or publish the files on their own, in a form that competes with the listing, or as part of a template, theme, kit or dataset that primarily consists of the files, unless the tier expressly allows it.
  • The right to use the files, or works derived from them, to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models.
  • The right to remove licence notices or, for stock media, to use the content in a way that is defamatory, pornographic or that presents a recognisable person in a misleading context.
  • Trademarks, logos or the names of people or brands that appear in the files.

Teams and seats

A seat is one person who works with the files. Tiers with one seat are for a single user; Team and Enterprise tiers cover the number of seats shown and require that all users belong to the same organisation. Contractors working on your project count as seats.

Free items

Free items are licensed under the tier shown on their listing, typically the Personal or Standard licence, on the same conditions.

AI-generated content

Some products contain content created with the help of AI systems. Creators warrant that they hold the rights necessary to license it. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by country; you are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your use.

Violations

If a licence is breached, it ends automatically and you must stop using the files. We may suspend the account involved and creators may seek remedies directly. Questions about which tier covers your project: [email protected].
