Shipping & Delivery Policy

ANKY.AI sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, no courier is involved and no shipping charges apply anywhere in the world.

How delivery works

• Instantly after payment. As soon as Razorpay or Stripe confirms your payment, the order is marked paid, a tax invoice is generated and every purchased product appears in your library.
• Downloads. Each product is downloaded through a signed link generated for your account at the moment you click download. Links expire within minutes; simply return to the library for a fresh one. Download limits are described in the Fair Usage Policy.
• Deals and AI tools. Deals for third-party software are delivered as a code or activation link in your library together with the provider's redemption steps. Redemption happens on the provider's site under the provider's terms.
• Updates. When a creator releases a new version, it appears in your library for the update period stated on the listing; many listings include lifetime updates.
• Email. A receipt with the order number is sent to the email address on your account. Delivery does not depend on the email arriving; the library is the source of truth.

If delivery fails

Check that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase and that the payment shows as complete under Orders. If a download still does not start, email [email protected] with the order number; we respond within one business day and, if we cannot fix delivery within 3 business days, we refund the order in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where we deliver

Digital delivery is available worldwide. Prices are shown in Indian rupees for buyers in India and in US dollars elsewhere; taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country and, in India, your state.
